Sausage Shaslik


Bahan:
Sosis
Bakso
Paprika merah
Paprika hijau
Nanas
Saus barbeque secukupnya
Tusukan sate

Cara membuat:
Potong-potong sosis, paprika, dan nanas. Tusuk selang-seling dengan tusukan sate. Lumuri dengan saus barbeque. Diamkan beberapa menit sampai sausnya menyerap. Panggang di atas pemanggangan BBQ, atau wajan anti lengket, atau pemanggangan sate.

Tips agar tusukan satenya tidak ikut gosong dan patah: Basahi tusukan sate atau rendam sejenak di air.
